Award: 2006 Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants Enforcement Municipal Agency of the Year
The Pendleton Police Department was honored as the 2006 Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants Enforcement Municipal Agency of the Year by the DUII Multi-Disciplinary Training Task Force. The Certificate of Recognition was presented to Chief Stuart Roberts on Friday, April 20, 2007 at the annual DUII Multi-Disciplinary Training Conference in Tigard, OR.
Pendleton Police Department Sergeant Bill Caldera was also honored with a Letter of Appreciation from the Oregon State Police for his contribution to the Intoxilyer 8000 program. Sergeant Caldera trained nearly 400 State, County, Tribal and Municipal Officers in the State of Oregon on the use of the Intoxilyzer 8000.
